Junior Divemaster Trainee

I began my diving journey in Summer 2018 and knew I loved it from the start! After becoming a PADI Open Water diver, I soon progressed onto the PADI advanced Open Water. I did a selection of PADI speciality courses which then led me to complete my PADI Rescue Diver, 2 years later. This was my biggest achievement but was quickly followed by making my 50th dive and gaining PADI Master Scuba Diver too.

I was so excited when I found out that I could do a PADI Junior Divemaster course and I couldn't wait to get started! I enjoyed the course so much and completed it in 2021. I enjoy helping out where I can both at the pool and at open water sites, either joining in with the diving or helping with the equipment, paperwork and shore cover - you'll also find me working in the dive centre over the weekend. I can't wait to turn 18 to upgrade to PADI Divemaster so that I can assist in the water and gain new skills and knowledge to teach some other courses.

I was lucky enough to be able to dive in Australia, both near Brisbane and on the Great Barrier reef – it was an amazing experience. I have also dived in numerous places around the UK, although they are not as warm, there is always lots to see.

I am really keen to go back to Australia and redive the Barrier Reef as I am now a more confident and experienced diver. I would also like to dive in other places around the world to experience the different sealife.
