Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about our returns and refunds process.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time to post officially. If you've done all of this and still haven't received it, contact us at info@dorsetdiving.co.uk.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email info@dorsetdiving.co.uk and send your item to: Dorset Diving Services, Poole, Dorset.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
