Refund policy

Coast2Coast Scuba Diving Ltd (Trading as Dorset Diving Services)

1. General Returns Policy

You may return most physical goods within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

We do not cover the cost of return postage. All returns must be sent to our address at your own expense. We strongly recommend tracked or insured delivery, as we cannot refund or exchange items that do not arrive with us.

If a returned item is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original packaging, it will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Health and personal-use items (e.g., mouthpieces, snorkels used without packaging, safety items, etc.)

  • eLearning products once they have been assigned or activated

  • Any item supplied as part of a course where course delivery has already begun


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card provider.

  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take several working days).

If you have completed these steps, email us at info@coast2coastscuba.co.uk and we will investigate further.


4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email info@dorsetdiving.co.uk before returning the item.

If the replacement item is heavy or bulky, a postage & packing charge will apply for sending the exchanged item back to you.


5. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser first, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for all return postage costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a return shipping label or postage was provided by us in exceptional circumstances, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • For items over £50, we strongly advise using a tracked and insured service.


7. International Shipping

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom. Any orders placed for international delivery will be cancelled and refunded.
