• Option 1 — eLearning & Certification Credit Only: Complete your theory online and earn certification credit; arrange in-water training with an SSI Dive Centre.
• Option 2 — Full Course (including eLearning & Certification Credit): Online theory plus all required in-water training with Dorset Diving.

• Dive equipment basics and safe set-up
• Buoyancy control, trim, and finning techniques
• Equalisation, descents/ascents, and buddy procedures
• Basic problem management and environmental awareness
• Planning and conducting enjoyable no-deco dives

In-water training (included in the Full Course)

• Confined-water skill sessions to build comfort and control
• Open-water dives to demonstrate safe, confident diving
