At Coast2Coast Scuba Diving Ltd (T/A Dorset Diving Services), we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and fully transparent. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch products purchased from our online store.
Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
During busier periods, bank holidays, or stock delays, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep things moving promptly.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery Method
All orders are shipped using a tracked 48-hour delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Delivery Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.
We cannot be held responsible for:

Seasonal delays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)
If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving it with the courier.
Shipping Area
We currently only ship products within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dorsetdiving.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
