Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider.

You will be charged for each delivery cycle unless you choose a prepaid subscription.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.
Cancelling or Changing a Subscription
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription. If you need help, you can contact us at info@dorsetdiving.co.uk.
If a billing cycle has already been processed, cancellation applies to future cycles only. Any items already charged for will still be delivered.

2. Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to reserve an out-of-stock or upcoming product. Depending on the product, we may:

Collect no payment at checkout,

Collect a deposit, or

Store your payment method and charge the remaining or full balance at a later date.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
If your pre-order has already been fulfilled or dispatched:

It cannot be cancelled, but

You may still request a return or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy
If a pre-order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and offer options to amend or cancel.
