Dip your fins into scuba with a short, structured programme that builds confidence and core skills. Choose how you’d like to start:

• Option 1 — eLearning & Participation Credit Only: Complete the online learning and earn participation credit; arrange your in-water session separately.
• Option 2 — Full Course (including eLearning & Participation Credit): Online learning plus the in-water session with Dorset Diving.

What you’ll learn

• Equipment basics and safe set-up
• Breathing, buoyancy, and body position
• Equalisation and pressure awareness
• Hand signals and buddy procedures

In-water training (included in the Full Course)

• Confined-water session to learn and practise core skills
• Optional open-water experience where available
