Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle dispatch and delivery.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Local Collection
If you're local to Poole, Dorset, you're welcome to collect your order in person. Please get in touch to arrange a convenient time.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll resolve it quickly.
